This website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, and keeps them only briefly for that purpose.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it sends them.
When you use the Copilot Readiness Scorecard
Your scores, owners and notes are saved only in your own browser. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to email yourself the result.
If you do, we receive your name, email address, organisation and your scorecard answers. We use them to send you the result and to follow up about it by email. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to the email. We send the emails through Resend, an email provider based in the United States, under its data processing terms. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person, using signals from your browser, and doesn't set tracking cookies. We keep scorecard enquiries for up to two years.
When you request a Vision Diagrams deck
We receive your name, work email address, organisation, job title if you give it, and which deck you asked for. We use them to email you the deck and to follow up about it by email. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to the email. The emails go through Resend and the spam check through Cloudflare Turnstile, as described above. We keep deck requests for up to two years.
When you use Cloudly Move Assess
If you send an assessment, we receive your name, work email and organisation, and the candidate's name and email. We use them to email the candidate their link, to email you the report, and to follow up with you about Cloudly Move Assess. Our lawful basis for your details is your consent, which you can withdraw by replying to any of our emails. You confirm the candidate expects the assessment from you.
If you take an assessment, we record your answers, how long each scenario took, when you left the test window, copy and paste attempts, your typed explanations and how they were typed. We don't access your camera, microphone, files or anything else on your device. We use this to produce a report for the organisation that invited you, which uses it in its hiring decision. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running a fair, reliable assessment that you've chosen to take. The score informs the recruiter's decision; nothing is decided automatically.
Invites expire after 14 days. Answers and reports are deleted 90 days after the invite is sent. To keep the free trial to one per organisation, we keep a one-way fingerprint of the recruiter's email domain, or of the address for personal email accounts. Emails go through Resend and the spam check through Cloudflare Turnstile, as described above; the assessment data is stored with Cloudflare. To ask about your data, email us.
When you email us
We use your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us to reply and, if you go ahead, to provide our products and services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request. Email is handled by Google Workspace. We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
