About Cloudly Move
Cloudly Move is a Microsoft 365 consultancy based in London. We design and build on the platform, and we specialise in governing it: Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, and the controls that make Copilot and AI agents safe to switch on.
Who we are
Cloudly Move was founded by Saurabh Nikumbha, who leads every engagement and writes the guides in our Resources section. Saurabh holds the Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (opens in a new tab) certification, which covers implementing information protection, data loss prevention and retention in Microsoft Purview. We work with organisations that need Microsoft 365 to stand up to an audit, a regulator or a Copilot rollout, and want the work done by people who have configured these tools in real tenants.
What we focus on
- Information protection: sensitivity labels, classifiers and data loss prevention
- Data governance: Purview Unified Catalog and the Data Map
- Compliance: retention, records management, audit and eDiscovery
- SharePoint and Microsoft 365 governance: oversharing found and fixed
- AI and agent governance: Copilot and agents on data that is labelled, scoped and watched
Where Microsoft's tools stop short, we build our own, from the free Label Rectifier and Copilot Readiness Scorecard to Keystone Studio for Unified Catalog. See all of them on our Products page.
How we work
Every project starts with an assessment and a written plan with costs, pilots changes with a small group before anyone else is affected, and ends with documentation your administrators and auditors can use.
